The Council's aim is to continue to support the delivery of Technology Enabled Care whilst rapidly increasing the scale and scope of the Technology Enabled Care offer. We want to ensure Technology enabled Care is a building block in securing positive outcomes for people across Worcestershire.
The experienced Supplier will act as a collaborative partner in finalising the design of the Service. The Suppliers experience, knowledge and behaviours will support Worcestershire in leading and embedding large scale change. The provider will work flexibly with the Council to deliver a Technology Enabled care approach which will support people to live independently in their own homes or other residence including supported living
Please note: There is no guarantee of any set volume of work under this contract. The value of the service advertised within this tender is currently estimated to be in the order of £1,010,000 for the lifetime of the contract. However, the Council may make arrangements for other partners (which may include Health and/or Housing partners) to purchase services from the contract at a later stage. This may result in an increased value dependent on the arrangements. To accommodate this potential change a value of up to £5,000,000 has been advertised through OJEU.
