The service will offer provision of experienced DASV workers to establish links and working relationships with the General Practices in their areas to provide DASV specialist training in early identification, routine enquiry, risk and need assessment and safety/support planning. In addition, the service will deliver a clear and comprehensive pathway for GPs and practice staff to refer into DASV services; acting as a SPOC and assisting in more complex cases, when necessary.
