A multi-purpose thin film X-ray diffractometer configurable by trained users to serve two principal functions:
- High throughput (HT) screening of arrays of small samples to generate data suitable for phase identification.
- Collecting high-resolution diffraction data of sufficient quality for the structural characterisation of single and polycrystalline thin films.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
