Brunel University London intends to procure a contract for the provision of architectural consultancy and design services in connection with the design and build of a new learning teaching centre ("LTC") on its University campus in Uxbridge. The LTC will be a new state of the art facility for learning and teaching which will be situated and create a new "Student Heart" at the centre of the Campus. The Services which will be required in the Appointment include:
- architectural and related services;
- lead consultant services;
- principal designer services as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

The expected value of the LTC project as a whole is £50,500,000.00.
