This Notice is a VTN / Voluntary Transparency Notice. This Notice advises that the Authority has decided to negotiate a contract with Keysight Technologies UK Limited for the supply of Quantity one RF Signal Analyzer. This particular vendor has been selected as Keysight Technologies UK Limited are the only Vendor who can provide a RF Signal Analyzer to the required analysis bandwidth and are the only Vendor, in this instance,to enable the specific technical requirements of the Authority to be met.. The Authority are being offered an Ex Demonstration Unit, that will provide the value for money the organisation will require but will not compromise on the aftercare that would be attached to purchasing a new unit.
