description
The Authority requires Consultancy services to deliver a scope of works enabled by a major grant which is currently under application to refurbish the Old Town Hall on Grafton Street, Sandown. The works will enable the main hall to be put into use as a youth and community facility suitable to host community events, deliver education and training and display exhibitions. These works and appointment of this contract are subject to a successful funding bid by the Authority.\
The Design and Management services are required for RIBA Stages 3 to 6.\
The term of the contract shall be 25th July 2023 until completion of the works which is anticipated to be December 2024 \
The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 11th July 2023. \
