description

The Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) department is the largest and most distinguished School of its kind in the UK, ECS has a worldwide reputation for its research, education and enterprise.

The department is seeking to procure a single high performance lock in amplifier (LIA). LIAs are widely used in many area of research in the department. They are an enabling technology, important in the measurement of small signals from noise in a whole host of different experimental setups. However, there is a limitation in the frequency response and bandwidth of existing equipment that is preventing new research fields from being exploited.

The University is utilising an electronic Tendering tool ('In-Tend') to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to organisations and all communications with the University including the submission of Invitation to Tender Stage Response(s) will be conducted via In-Tend at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofsouthampton
