description
The Care Quality Commission ("CQC") on behalf of Healthwatch England is seeking to appoint an external contractor for the provision of Business Analysis support
Healthwatch England has a statutory function to provide support and advice to local Healthwatch and to give information and advice about the views and experiences of the public and people using health and care services.
Healthwatch England has identified that it will become an intelligence-led organisation, which will rely on the quality and consistency of lived experience data collected by local Healthwatch. To achieve this Healthwatch England will need to understand the network in greater detail, so we can develop the right interventions, supporting local Healthwatch to deliver outstanding quality in a consistency way.
To meet this, Healthwatch England are seeking to procure Business Analysis support which will encompass an assessment of the external and internal environments, to clarify the key factors and components and interdependences that enable local Healthwatch to function in an effective, consistent and sustainable manner. These are expected to include activity around culture, consistency and quality.
