The City invites expressions of interest for: 182 Bishopsgate refurbishment works.
The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing;
| • | Contractor technical design (RIBA Stage 4) |
| • | Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces (Cat A) |
| • | Overhaul and upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical services |
Refurbishment is required to approximately 4,400m2 (47,400 sqft) of 182 Bishopsgate, City of London, EC2M 4NP.
The works budget is circa £2,700,000.
The target construction start date is September 2016 with completion for February/March 2017.
The contract type will be an amended JCT Design and Build Contract (DB 2011).
