Design and construction of IBC's new depot for its recycling, street cleansing, and housing maintenance teams. The site is located at New Way, Ipswich (off Hadleigh Road) with construction expected to commence in February 2023 and to be completed in February 2024.

Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a main contractor for the design and build of the New Way depot in Ipswich.
