White Label Energy Partnership

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking expressions of interest from licensed energy suppliers to develop a white label partnership offering bespoke, competitive energy tariffs through the Council's branding to the borough and local environs.

There is a particular emphasis on tackling fuel poverty and providing affordable warmth and:

In addition, the supplier will work with the borough to provide overall anonymised full customer consumption and equalities data to help the borough assess trends and target interventions.

Suppliers should also take into consideration the prospect of Barking and Dagenham developing its own fully licensed energy supply company, joint venture or partnership with other pan-London schemes.

The closing date for expressions of interest 12 noon Friday 23 March 2018.

Interested parties should allow for further questions relating to their submissions and for potential meetings to gauge further information in the week commencing 26th March 2018.
