Westminster City Council is running a procurement exercises for Mains Contractor. The chosen procurement route is via the restricted procurement process. This will be a 2-stage procurement process. The first stage will consist of a standard questionnaire (SQ) which has been generated with the support from the external consultants at F&G. The second stage will be the ITT, the 6 highest scoring suppliers at SQ stage will be invited to take part in the ITT.
