Greater Manchester Police requires works comprising the necessary refurbishment of the Openshaw Phase 2 Building, to be carried out in two phases:
Phase 1 (4 weeks on site): Strip out and divide off new male toilet area, new disabled toilet shower room Unisex Locker room with three showers. Re-route drainage etc. New sanitary ware and associated plumbing works fittings. Decoration and floor finishes.
Phase 2 (2 weeks on site): New Kitchen area, refurbish existing room. New dining area. New soft furnishing area. 2 weeks on site.
The work is to be commenced in February 2017 and must be completed before the end of March 2017.
Your tender must take full account for all preliminary items and specification details including the fact the building will remain fully occupied and operational during the construction period.
Tenders must be submitted by 20/01/2017.
