The Luton Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to provide vehicle and towing services within the borough. The contract will facilitate vehicle removal/seizure, release or disposal in pursuance of the following:

- Removal of Vehicles for Parking Contraventions Part B
