It will build on existing understanding of the problem developing our evidence on what works. It will include understanding what the impact has been on claimants affected by the recent decisions to raise the administrative earnings threshold (AET) in September 2022 and January 2023

Mixed methodology multistring project including longitudinal claimant survey and in-depth qualitative research with claimants, and other relevant parties where needed, to support our overall evaluation of in-work support in Universal Credit (UC).
