This contract is for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of hardwired digitally enabled telecare systems in
multiple properties owned and managed by Alliance Homes.
The system shall support life-critical alarm communication, resident call functionality, and integration with a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) compliant with UK telecare standards. The supplier must provide a complete, fully operational, safety-compliant solution including equipment, cabling infrastructure, programming, testing, resident training, documentation, and ongoing support.
The supplier has been appointed via direct award on the PFH Framework for Telecare: Equipment and Associated Services - Lot No.1. The contract notice with reference number2023/S 000-009231 dated 30th March 2023 published through the UK e-notification service.
