Re-roofing works to flat roof

Strip off all existing covering and insulation, replace with a roof covering system such as ESHA or similar to be approved by the client.

Roof system must be backed by a 32 year labour and manufacturers backed guarantee, all works to be carried out by an officially approved installer.

Contractor to provide a guarantee certificate of installation, backed by the manufacturer to ensure it is installed as per manufacturer's recommendations.

Allow for all preliminary items such as access / scaffolding, site protection as works proceed, disposal of all waste arising, statutory requirements / compliance i.e. Building notice and CDM method and risk assessments etc.

Additional information: All documents must be returned in the self addressed envelope. Failure to submit your return in this envelope will be disregarded.

Please enclose the following in the pre-addressed envelope provided on email request by the "supplier":

• A fully priced out schedule of works
• Priced and signed "Form of Quotation / Tender"
• Signed "Agreement to Contract Conditions" form

Please remember to pay for postage

To be received no later than midday 15/06/2016

Submissions that are not fully priced (itemising labour and materials) and / or received after stipulated time and date will not be accepted

All contractors are required to visit the site and acquaint themselves fully with the site conditions and scope of the works required

If a contractor considers the documentation is deficient in any respect, confirmation should be sought from Mr B Kalsi via phone (077958 28034) within the following dates (23/05/2016 - 26/05/2016)

Kettering Borough Council may follow up references from the successful contractor prior to any agreement
