The Council, in partnerhsip with their local CCG's, commission an Integrated Wellbeing Service (IWS), branded Cheshire Change Hub, from Brio Leisure CIC. Brio Leisure sub-contracts the smoking and weight management elements of the IWS and it is that sub contract that is being tendered here. BRIO Leisure is looking for one provider for this sub contract. Both Brio and the Council expect to build an effective and strong working relationship with the service provider, with shared values and vision regarding the delivery of this contract.
