SS16023 Faversham Creek Bridge PIN

SS16023 Faversham Creek Bridge Introduction Kent County Council is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) in order to inform the market of an upcoming tender for Faversham Creek Bridge and to seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Contractors with specialist knowledge in the design, development and installation of swing bridges. Please be aware that this is not the start of a procurement process but an information gathering exercise. Please refer to the attached drawings ('Brent Swing Bridge diversion' & 'Brent Swing Bridge replacement') for further information. Description of Work Please refer to the attached 'PIN description of work' document for further information. Expressions of Interest Please register, login, and express an interest by 19 January 2017 if you are interested in this tender. Contract start If Kent County Council decides to proceed with procuring a contractor to design, supply and install a bridge including carrying out any required enabling works and traffic management, the estimated date for contract start would be 1 September 2017.
