Cisco Web Security Appliances (WSA), Cisco Security Management Appliance (SMA) and associated Licences for WSA/SMA appliances

Wyre Forest District Council requests quotations for the provision of Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA), Cisco Security Management Appliance (SMA) and associated Licences for WSA/SMA appliances.

The requirement is to replace the existing pair of Bloxx Webfilter Virtual Appliances (TW250) with a pair of Physical, Cisco WSA S190, Web Security Appliances and a single Physical, Cisco SMA M190, Security Management Appliance.

Our requirement is for:

2. x Cisco WSA S190 Physical Appliances.
1. x Cisco SMA M190 Physical Appliance.

Associated Licences for WSA and SMA appliances.

The deadline for submissions is 2pm Friday 3rd June 2016 to the Due North portal:

Additional information: The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the Invitation to Quote document, tenderers will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, tenderers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the tender documents. Tenderers will need to electronically submit an expression of interest and an electronic copy of the ITQ will be sent as an attachment. Tenderers should submit their completed ITQ document and accompanying documentation via the Pro-Contract on-line portal by 14:00 hours on 03/06/2016.

Any supplier questions queries will also need to be submitted via Pro-Contract portal website.

Any clarifications will be issued via the Pro-Contract portal.
