As part of the commissioning process, Herefordshire Council is undertaking a soft market test to assess the demand and experience of providers who could operate the daily running of the domestic violence and abuse support service. This gives potential providers the opportunity to express their interest. The council will use the information to appraise options and develop the specification for the service.
