Whaley Bridge Access and Infrastructure: Consultancy Commission HPBC

High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint suitably experienced and qualified consultant(s) to review and refresh engineering design studies to bring forward the construction of a new access bridge and road in Whaley Bridge, High Peak and to develop a design statement for the enhancement of character and connectivity of the area to be impacted by the proposed new bridge.

The contract is divided into 2 lots

LOT 1 - review and update the Engineering design for the bridge construction, review and update the Approval In Principle (AIP) and revise and submit the relevant documents for a detailed and full planning approval for the bridge

LOT 2 - preparation of a design statement for enhancement of character and connectivity of the area to be impacted by the proposed new bridge.

Bidders are welcome to submit a tender for individual or both lots.

The closing date for responses will be by 12:00 noon on 20th June 2016. Please allow sufficient time beforehand to upload attachments and submit your bid before the closing time, there is no penalty for submitting early, as late submission are not automatically accepted.
