Additional information: Comprehensive maintenance and emergency call-out service to cover all domestic and district heating, communal water systems and water hygiene. Upgrades to and replacements of domestic central heating boilers and systems, district heating installations and communal water systems, fire-fighting installations and equipment, laundry installations, BMS and associated services to the residential stock throughout the borough. The contract will include some M&E design in relation to the detailing and circuiting of the mechanical and electrical installations and the contractor will need to demonstrate that he is competent to undertake this design or will use competent sub-contractors. Works will commence on or about mid-September 2015 and it is intended that the contract will end in September 2020 but may be subject to a first optional extension of two years extending the contract to September 2022 and a second optional extension of two years further extending the contract to September 2024
