ADCP surveys

The Environment Agency has a requirement for the deployment of Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) surveys in 6 locations at the mouth and within the Exe Estuary for a minimum of a month, but maybe extended to ensure sufficient data is collected. Data is to be provided in an agreed format to the client. ADCPs will be deployed from the clients survey vessels. The deployment is to occur as soon as possible.

The Environment Agency now use an e-sourcing system called ProContract powered by Due North. Any supplier can register on this system at www.sell2EA.com. It is free to register and you can check for opportunities on the portal at any time. When registered in the appropriate category, any Environment Agency opportunities offered on the system for that category will trigger an e-mail alert to those suppliers with the details. Please respond with your expression of interest in this requirement by 12 noon on 9th March 2015. Any expressions received after this will be deemed out of time.

Survey work will be conducted in area referred to in supplier instructions.
