Circle Housing (Leamington LLP) are currently out to tender for the provision of Sale Agency Services for 110 Residential Units

Portobello Riverside is a predominantly private sale development in Warwickshire with the first phase built and sold. Work is now commencing on the final phases of 160 private sales, 110 of which this tender relates. The site is owned by Leamington LLP and comes under the governance of the Your Lifespace Board, a subsidiary of Circle Anglia Limited.

Leamington Spa LLP (the “Client”) require a local agent with new homes sales expertise, with offices in Leamington Spa and Warwick as well as offices in other local hubs to enable us to tap into their network and benefit from their database of applicants and provide the services set out in paragraph 5 of the Specification. The Client requires an agency that has appropriately trained staff with new homes selling skills who can offer us a full agency service including site staff.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system.

Suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website by selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 30 May 2016 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 6 June 2016 Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
