description

The Royal Borough of Kingston opon Thames (The Council) mini-Hollands project will see the upgrade and construction of new and existing cycle lanes and the improvement of junctions and public spaces. RBK will also be running a two and a half year programme of complementary measures including awareness and promotional campaigns, events and activities and cyclist training. To enable the Council to deliver a high number of events in different locations to different audiences, we are creating an Active Travel road show / mobile cycle hub which will be transported in a branded box trailer. The Council invites tenders from suitably skilled and experienced organisations to store, maintain, and deploy the road show to organisations and public locations in the borough. The road show will be staffed by Council employees but will require staff to deliver, set up, break down and remove the road show as well as assist Council staff in delivering the activity
