description
Provision of new CHP installation to existing Leisure Centre by specialist contractors that will design, manufacture, install, commission and maintain plant and equipment. Existing building was erected in 1974 and sits within a public park. Accomodation over 2/3 stories comprises 25m pool, 6 badminton court sports hall, gymnasia, activity halls, changing facilities and cafe. Centre is managed by leisure management contractor on the behalf of the District Council. Good access and working areas are available to the proposed locations for the CHP. No interruption to the normal running of the centre are envisaged. All communications are to be via the procurement portal.
