Gateshead Council is looking to replace their existing systems with a single ICT based Governance Management system. The system should fulfil the Council's legal and administrative responsibilities to deliver a professional, transparent, legally compliant, open and accessible service to all officers, Councillors and citizens. Tenderers are invited to submit a proposal based on the information and instructions provided within this document.
