East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the "Authority") as the lead Authority, supported with Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust (YAS) and North East Ambulance Service Foundation Trust (NEAS) have created a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply of Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery Services (Planned and Unplanned), using the EU competitive procurement Restricted Procedure.
