The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to undertake the day-to-day management and maintenance of The Rookery through a contract. The initial expected duration will be for a minimum of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years after. It is anticipated that the management fee value will be approximately £60k per year.
We are seeking an organisation with links to the local community and some experience in managing a similar sized park/operations.
The successful organisation will be expected to undertake the following:

| 2. | Grass cutting throughout the site |
| 3. | Cleansing and bin emptying |
| 4. | Engagement and management of community volunteers |
| 5. | Adhoc repairs at the site |
| 6. | Management and facilitation of events |
| 7. | Hedge cutting on the interior of the site |
| 8. | General monitoring of the site and usage |
| 9. | Site security - locking and unlocking |
| 10. | Management and maintenance of the on-site toilet facilities |
| 11. | Any other duties to improve the site |
