Remedial work to slopes and repairs to amphibian fencing etc as described on drawings HW00590/3000/88 Rev 1 (Location 1 on Location Plan) and HW00590/3000/87 Rev 1 (Location 2 on Location Plan) and in the schedules.

The successful contractor would act as Sub-Contractor to Via East Midlands Ltd (Principal Contractor) under CDM Regulations.

Sub-contractors must be Accredited Installers of Flexterra HP-FGM.

Cost to include allowance for sub-contractor to re-apply the hydro-mulch if less than 80% establishment of grass cover over the slopes during the initial establishment period.

5% of the value to be withheld until after the first cut.

Information to be returned with the quote:-

• Priced schedules
• Draft construction stage method statement for the works, including any traffic management required.
• Draft programme with estimate of time required to complete the work.
