REF: IT-18-005 Multi point VC (Cisco Meeting Server 1000)

Problem Statement The trust currently only has access to video conferencing between individual cisco end-point devices. This restriction means that additional party members are unable to join into meetings, and would be required to travel to the location of either of the hosting devices to be involved in the meeting. Goals of the Agreement To goal of this project is to integrate a multipoint video conference server into our existing Cisco infrastructure. To achieve this the installation/configuration of a Cisco Meeting Server with room licences to host three virtual meeting rooms is required. Solution will need to integrate with our current phone system so that users can dial into the meeting rooms. Objectives of the Agreement / Deliverables Task: Provide and configure Cisco Meeting server to integrate into the trusts live environment. (Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 10.5.2.14901-1) Provide administration overview for basic settings / monitoring / troubleshooting. Deliverable: A solution that provides the ability for users to join a video conference with multiple connections using the available end-point equipment. (DX80, Room Kit, CP-8865, Jabber). Availability of three multipoint rooms with capacity to increase if future demands require it. Project deliverable date: on or before 28th September 2018 Timeline 24th August 2018 - Finalised scope agreement in place and date agreed for the work. 28th September 2018 - Completion and handover of documentation Please include in your response the hard ware and professional services costs to achieve this outcome We are unable to answer questions on this project until 1st August at the earliest due to annual leave.
