The maintenance, service and repair of the access control systems, automatic gates, gates & barriers and roller shutter doors that are installed within the Council's housing properties.
Additional information: The Council invites tenders for a three year contract covering the maintenance, service and repair of the access control systems, automatic doors, gates & barriers and roller shutter doors that are installed within its housing properties. The contract awarded, if any, will include an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance and agreement, for up to a further two years. The contract commencement date will be determined by the Council at its sole discretion but subject to the agreement of the successful contractor.
