description
As both the Digital Skills and Skills for Clean Growth move into the latter stages of delivery, the team are looking to engage with several businesses who have been supported through the programme to create case studies (approx. 4 pieces of content per programme, equalling 8 in total) highlighting the benefits that SMEs have gained from engaging.
- Videos 1 & 2 will be approximately 2-4 minutes in length, and each will focus on an individual business.
- Video 3 will be approximately 4-6 minutes in length and incorporate feedback from multiple businesses.
- Video 4 will be a social edit and ideally no longer than 30 seconds.
Key areas to be highlighted through the video content generated in the clips:
- oReasons for engaging with the programme i.e. commercial imperative, existing skills gap in org, future proofing for success against competition.
- oScale of the challenge ahead.
- oKnowledge grown through programme engagement.
- oAny subsequent activity undertaken to help reach the regions' goals in digital or sustainability.
- oWhy the support/skills ecosystem in the WECA region is so important.
As part of the content creation process it will also be expected that the following options will be provisioned for:
- oSubtitles
- oProvision of raw files to enable future edits if required.
- o3 still photography brand/headshots per company that can be used with transcribed quotes from the interview for future infographics.
Flexibility around how the content can be edited and finalised for posting online is a key factor working closely with UWE staff to ensure the product is inline with requirements.
Commitment
The selected business will work with UWE Bristol staff for the duration of the project, expected to conclude by end of June 2023.
Content will be created in a range of locations across the WECA region to best suit businesses needs, either:

- At the relevant business' facilities.
- Provision for online recording if required.
