Malvern Theatres currently operate a very established and successful theatre on the site and they are looking to expand the front reception and administration areas.
To achieve that end the project involves the following works:
- i.New first floor extension above existing ground floor foyer
- ii.Refurbishment of existing ground floor foyer with new entrance lobby
- iii.External works comprising paths, steps, external lighting, soft landscaping, as shown on the drawings.
- iv.Drainage installations, including rainwater and surface water systems, all as shown on the drawings.
- v.Internal structural alterations to existing facilities.
- vi.Associated M&E Services including a new lift
