Cost Assessment and Modelling Support and Advice Call Off Agreement

Objective

We will require advice to assist the Cost Assessment Project, focusing on advice on cost drivers, treatment, modelling and reporting.

Scope and Key Tasks

Following the publication of our key policy decisions on our approach in Water 2020: Our regulatory approach for water and wastewater services in England and Wales, the focus of the Water 2020 programme is now on developing our detailed methodology for the next price review. Key deliverables for this are our draft methodology statement in July 2017, and final methodology statement in December 2017.

To inform these, we will continuing to develop our approach to cost assessment. This role will provide technical advice to support the development of the draft PR19 methodology.

Key Deliverables and outputs

The Deliverables will be agreed with the Customer but could include analysis, presentations and ad hoc verbal and written advice.

Additional information: Please note that this is a call-off contract so it is difficult to quantify exact spend.
