The Service should offer advice and practical support to residents; over 65 years of age, those with certain long term health conditions and those on lower incomes, as outlined in the NICE guidance, around steps to reduce energy use and therefore energy bills. The Service is expected to deliver 2000 home visits and phone/ video calls, with further support for the most vulnerable residents in the borough.
