description

Care City is one of five national health and social care Test Beds, and is the only one in London. The Care City Innovation Test Bed is a system wide collaboration across Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. Through the test bed, Care City seeks to test a combination of devices and software alongside new approaches to service delivery and patient participation to assess whether we can measurably and sustainably improve the wellbeing and resilience of older people with long term conditions, older people with dementia, and carers.

Care City requires ongoing engagement support to capture the key learning of the Test Bed to ensure successful iterative improvement, testing, and spread of the innovations. This will:

I.Support problem solving of the test bed programme team
II.Contribute qualitative research to the testing
III.Establish what great testing looks like through the collection of insightful feedback from testing sites and users, to start to develop and tell a story of the process of testing innovation and spread. We want to raise the bar, and to be exemplar in innovation testing.
