description
Wiltshire Council has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance at Needham House, Extra Care Scheme in Devizes. General upkeep and tidying of the communal gardens, to include, but not be limited to:
| • | Grass Cutting (cut fortnightly from 1st April to 31st October. Ad hoc in the winter months) |
| • | Weeding and tidying of all flower beds and borders |
| • | Hedge cutting - minimum of 2 cuts per year |
| • | Pruning of any low level branches |
| • | Clearing and cleaning of paths |
| • | Weeding communal patios (by the lounge areas and at the bottom of fire exits) |
| • | Sweep refuse area, car park and the alley between the building and refuse store |
| • | To pressure wash refuse area (4 times per year) |
| • | Ensure bottom of drain pipes do not become blocked with garden debris |
| • | Ensure no invasive plants take root in the gardens |
| • | Plant replacement as required |
| • | Replacement of top soil and bark as required |
