description
The City invites Quotations for the provision of an independent review of the current City of London Talks and Listens Enthusiastically (COLTALE) Programme and its impact on City families over a 3-year period.
The City of London would like to review the impact of the current COLTALE (City of London Talks and Listens Enthusiastically). This programme is designed to focus around three main themes, environment (is it communication friendly?), practitioners (how well do they understand child development in this area?) and parents (do they know how to support their child/children?). All of these factors have a considerable impact on a child's development.
The project will need to start as soon as possible (by end of November 2019 at the latest) and be completed by the end of October 2022. The contractor will need to provide a project timeline before the start of the project.
The maximum budget available is £68,000 over 3 years.
