description

This project will involve the construction of an eco-community hub by bringing the disused golf kiosk back into use. The building is currently too small to accommodate groups large enough to make it economically viable and its poor facilities limits its appeal as a venue. The building will require structural alterations to fulfil its potential as an eco-community facility. The result will be a multi-use community facility which is driven by a care for the environment.

The project team intends to make the building as environmentally friendly as possible by installing an air source heat pump, solar pv panels and any other eco-technology that can be incorporated.
