Omnibus survey for polling employees and employers

Brief Description of Requirement

Acas wishes to procure an Omnibus survey for polling employees and employers for the purposes of:

The survey would run quarterly with some core questions and some questions that would switch out/in depending on requirements, topical issues and/or policy requirements.

This will be a 3 year contract that is subject to yearly budget approval prior to agreement of any annual extension option.

All potential supplier interested in participation must email bids@acas.org.uk to request the tender documentation.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set

out in the ITQ / RFP document.

All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts) Responses must be received by the date in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via bids@acas.org.uk will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity.
