The Provider is required to collect attendance; exclusion and progress data for a cohort of Children Looked After ("CLA") identified by the Council who attend schools outside of Cumbria and, in some cases, outside the UK. The provider shall make the data available to the Council in an appropriate and timely manner as described in this Service Specification
