Supply & Maintenance of Water Coolers & Dispensers

The London Borough of Hillingdon (hereinafter referred to as 'LBH' is inviting quotations for the provision of Supply & Maintenance of Water Coolers & Dispensers.

The requirement is to provide, in line with The Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1992, both mains fed and bottled water to staff and visitors to the Civic Centre and other corporate sites throughout the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The Service Provider will supply (on a rental basis), install and maintain bottled and plumbed-in filter water coolers and water dispensers in line with the most relevant BWCA Code of Practice for Bottled Water Coolers and Plumbed-in (POU) Water Coolers. The provider will also be responsible for the supply and delivery of all required bottled water and associated consumables such as drinking cups throughout the contract period.

The Provider will always endeavour to attain the best value price for associated consumables i.e. cups where applicable.

The Provider is to continually review technology in order to assist Hillingdon Council with their procurement strategy in this area of spend and deliver best value to the Authority.
