2022_Global - RFI - Global Pay Data

The British Council is looking for further information on goods and/or services within the marketplace to meet the requirements set out below. We look forward to hearing about your capabilities but would emphasise that this RFI is intended not to require significant new material to be prepared but is an opportunity for you to demonstrate how your goods and/or services can fulfil our requirements.

The Global Reward team at the British Council would like to start a procurement exercise to see which market pay data provider can provide us a global service which will give us some economies of scale as well providing a consistent approach to utilising market data and using it to aid reward decisions and strategies.

At this stage we are not looking for a detailed plan or delivery proposal as this will be requested at the Request for Proposal/Invitation to Tender stage. However, it would be helpful if you could also provide an indicative structure of costs and likely timescales required to deliver this project.

Additional information: Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil, in order to take part in the tender process.

Once registered, interested parties must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the RFI pack and submit their return.
