NOTE: This notice was updated on 22 January 2018 for the following reason: The tender return date has been extended until 12:00 (noon) on Friday 16th February 2018.Colchester Borough Council (the Council) requires an experienced contractor to undertake Demolition works as detailed within the Specification at the Mercury Theatre, Balkerne Gate, Colchester, CO1 1PT.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Expressions of interest closes at 17:00 hrs on Monday 29th January 2018. Completed tenders must be uploaded and submitted via this portal by 12:00 (noon) on Friday 2nd February 2018.
