Nottingham City Council seeks services to provide Short Breaks activities for children/ young people with special educational needs, and/or a disability. The provider shall offer a range of reliable local short breaks provision, tailored to families? needs. The services to be provided under this contract being:
LOT 1: Short Breaks weekend activities for children and young people with physical disabilities/complex health needs and learning disabilities
LOT 2: Short Breaks weekend activities for children and young people with Autism/learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges
LOT 3: Short Breaks weekend activities for children and young people with physical disabilities/complex health needs and learning disabilities
LOT 4: Short Breaks holiday activities for children and young people with Autism/learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges
