P0409R - Marketing And Communications Services Framework Agreement

Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of marketing and communications partners who are able to support in the delivery of significant campaigns for both itself and for the use of other contracting bodies.

The Framework Agreement will last for four years (unless terminated under agreement provisions).

The Framework Agreement will be awarded in Lots as detailed below:

Lot 1: Strategy Development Lot 2: Branding and Design Lot 3: Digital marketing and Social Media Lot 4: Public Relations Lot 5: Integrated Marketing Lot 6: Copywriting

The framework agreement will be awarded to up to 10 service providers per lot based on their ability to provide the marketing and communication services detailed.
