GB-Telford: Website Design

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking to commission the design of two business facing websites. These websites need to be linked where appropriate and have a degree of connectivity in terms of look and feel, while retaining separate brand identities. The commission is for site design only; the sites will be internally by the Council's Web Services team. Enterprise Telford: this site promotes the Council's business support services, but it is primarily a tool to market Telford to potential new investors. Estates & Investment: this site specifically promotes the Council's offer as a leading commercial agent dealing with the sale and lease of Council owned employment and residential land and property to potential investors.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
