The Council is looking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Registration Service Booking, Stock Management and Staff Allocation system. For the avoidance of doubt we are not procuring a development contract i.e. bidders must have an existing solution which meets our requirement at the time of bidding.
